Aurelia began with a simple question: what would a tower feel like if it were designed around its balconies rather than its facade? The answer is a soft, sculptural form in which every floor plate shifts slightly, creating deep terraces with uninterrupted views across Tashkent City Park.

The ground floor gives back to the city with a landscaped forecourt, water gardens and a residents’ lounge. Above, a wellness floor, a 25-metre lap pool and a rooftop orchard complete a building made for slower, greener living.
