Monument is a slender tower wrapped in vertical bronze fins that filter the afternoon sun and frame long views to the Downtown skyline.

At its base, a double-height lobby of Nero Marquina marble and sculptural light welcomes residents; at its crown, a sky pool deck looks west over the city.
